Motions for the 2022 Annual Meeting

1) A Constitutional Amendment to article #8 regarding the Newsletter (signed by Georgia Tsouvala, Brian Messner, Lee Brice):

From: 8. The Officers, principally the Secretary, shall compose a newsletter three or more times per year, and see to its distribution to all members. One issue shall be distributed conveniently before the Annual Meeting, to include the program of the meeting if the Organizing Committee so requests.

To: 8. The Officers, principally the Secretary, shall compose a newsletter three or more times per year, and see to its distribution via e-mail to all members. One issue shall be distributed conveniently before the Annual Meeting to include the program of the meeting, if the Organizing Committee so requests. The Newsletter will also be posted on the AAH website.

Note: this amendment requires a vote of 2/3 of the members present at the Business meeting and voting.

 

2) Motion to create the Eugene Borza Publications Subvention (signed by Georgia Tsouvala, Serena Connolly, and Brian Messner).

3) If #2 passes, we will need a motion to decide whether to create a new account specific to the Publications Subvention or to use the existing Vanguard account for it.
